On October 24, NIKE Japan held the HUMAN RACE 10km 2009 in Tokyo. On the other hand, NIKE proceeds to kick out homeless people who live in Miyashita Park. The enterprise has two faces.

From September 2009, Miyashita Park will be fenced in. Despite having not discussed this problem with the public, the plan is being pushed ahead.
